The Greater Easterhouse Common Housing Register
Lochfield Park allocates homes through the Greater Easterhouse Common Housing Register (CHR).
The CHR is shared amongst 4 participating landlords in the Greater Easterhouse who share a Common Allocations Policy.
The CHR is open to everyone aged 16 years and over and operates a group plus points system based on housing need. Under this system, applicants are “grouped” according to their highest need and awarded points for all housing needs that they have. Your application is then placed on our common register to form a waiting list. You can find out more about the Greater Easterhouse Common Housing Register on our Summary Allocations Policy.
Lochfield Park also works with Glasgow City Council to assist the council in meeting statutory duties in the respect of homelessness.
More information on the participating landlords can be found on their websites;
Information on how we process your personal data submitted in our application is available in our Greater Easterhouse CHR Fair Processing Notice.
