The Association will undertake to carry out repairs within the time scales noted below.

Making sure repairs are done properly is important to you and Lochfield Park.  We want to ensure that our repairs service is as good as possible. We monitor our own performance and the performance of our contractors to ensure you get a good quality service. After a job has been completed to your home you may be asked to compete a short tenant satisfaction questionnaire to help us assess the quality of our /our contractor’s performance.
