Additional proofs required: Along with information about the resident (age, postcode, household income, etc) that we usually collect, we are also required by the funder to have two forms of evidence of need from the household – an image of their prepayment meter and either evidence of rent arrears or an income and expenditure assessment. This information will need to be submitted before any vouchers can be issued.
