Lochfield Park has recently decided to considerably increase its development programme of new housing for social rent. As a result, the number of affordable homes provided by Lochfield Park will increase by almost 20% over the next five years. As a result of our large development programme over the coming years, the Association will be engaging with the Scottish Housing Regulator.
