Reactive Repairs Service
I am writing to inform you that our contractors are now carrying out all routine repairs. When you report a repair you will be asked to confirm is you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19 or is self isolating. If you are then your repair will be placed on hold until the isolation period ends.
In order to minimise the risk we would ask that all tenants ensure that they follow the governments’ social distancing guidance. When the contractor arrives you should open the door and go to another room while they carry out the repair.
All contractors will be taking appropriate health and safety measures when completing repairs in your home.
