Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive as a tenant you can complain to us under our Customer Complaints Policy .

If you are still dissatisfied after going through our Complaints Procedure, you also have the right to complain to the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman will only consider your complaint if you have gone through the Lochfield Park Complaints Procedure first.
